It is recommended to have your windows cleaned at least twice a year for residential services  but it may be necessary to clean them more often depending on your location and the amount of dirt and debris that accumulates. At Imperial Shine Windows We offer a reoccurring annual maintenance's plan for some services where we can discount each service call. But depending on what package you chooses we can set you up with our Bi annually  service package which would be to stop by and clean your windows every 6 months. this would amount to a  25 percent discount on each appointment. We also have our quarterly annual service package, which would allow us to maintain your windows every quarter or 3 months at a 35 percent discount each appointment. We use a water-fed pole system with reverse osmosis filtration, ensuring a streak-free, eco-friendly clean without harsh chemicals.

For indoor window cleaning or areas where the pole system isn’t suitable, we use a traditional mop and squeegee for a thorough, detailed finish.

Soft washing is ideal for delicate surfaces like roofs, siding, and painted areas, using low pressure and specialized cleaning solutions to safely remove mold, algae, and grime. Pressure washing is better suited for hard, durable surfaces like concrete, brick, and driveways where higher pressure is needed to effectively remove tough dirt and stains. However, please note that not all awnings can be cleaned—some may be too fragile due to age, sun exposure, or weather damage. In those cases, we may recommend against cleaning to avoid the risk of tearing or further damage, as we cannot take responsibility for structural weaknesses caused by wear and tear. Your awning’s safety is our priority, and we’ll always assess its condition before proceeding.
